Shipping Policy
Every order is confirmed personally on WhatsApp, including the shipping cost, before you pay.
How it works
- Send your order through our website or WhatsApp.
- We reply with your order total, the shipping cost to your address, and payment details.
- Once payment is received, we prepare and pack your order within 1–2 working days.
- We send you the courier name and tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Payment
We accept bank transfer and PayPal. Payment details are sent with your order confirmation on WhatsApp.
Shipping within Indonesia
Within Jabodetabek, we offer instant and same-day delivery. Elsewhere in Indonesia, we ship with JNE, J&T and SiCepat, which usually take 2–4 working days after dispatch depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated by weight and destination and confirmed on WhatsApp before payment.
International shipping
We ship internationally with DHL Express. Delivery times and costs depend on the destination and are confirmed before payment.
We take care of the export documents for you, including a phytosanitary certificate and certificate of origin where required, so your parcel can travel smoothly to your door.
Import duties and taxes, such as VAT or GST, are not included in our prices or shipping cost. Vanilla beans enter many countries duty-free, but where duties or taxes apply, they are paid by the buyer. DHL will contact you by SMS or email with a link to pay before delivery. If you would like an estimate before ordering, just ask us on WhatsApp.
Packaging
Your vanilla beans are vacuum-sealed in a food-grade inner pack, then placed in a resealable zip-lock outer pouch to keep their moisture and aroma, in transit and after opening.
Delivery issues
If your parcel is delayed or arrives damaged, message us on WhatsApp and we will follow up with the courier. See our Refunds & Returns page for what to do if something is wrong with your order.
